WARRANTY CONDITION YSS PRODUCTS shock
Warranty Coverage
1. From defects caused by component parts and manufacturing processes.
2. Product warranty, including repair period, depends on the discretion of the authorized YSS representative.
3. Damaged parts that have been replaced become the property of YSS.
4. Must comply with the conditions specified by YSS.
Warranty conditions
1. The warranty will expire after the time and conditions stated above cannot be extended.
2. For warranty via warranty card, please fill in the information completely and return to the company within 15 days from the date of purchase.
2. For online warranty, please fill in the information on the website completely and return it to the company within 15 days from the date of purchase.
3. Apply for online insurance via www.ysssuspension.com with attached photo of car mileage and complete all required information.
4. If the information is not complete and the vehicle mileage is not attached, the warranty will be reduced by half from the date of purchase.
5. Product claim Reference information: Serial No./Part No./Batch lot or receipt for verification.
Products beyond warranty
1. Products that have been modified, reworked, replaced, or installed in a way that is not in accordance with the manual or as specified by YSS.
2. The product has been installed for testing or competition use.
3. Product installation does not match the model or MODEL specified by YSS.
4. Damage caused by the motorcycle being modified, using accessories, or being in an accident.
5. YSS will not be responsible in any case if the product is modified, added or installed by other shops that are not authorized by YSS.
6. In all cases of warranty, YSS must first receive final consideration for appropriate consideration on a case-by-case basis.
7. Not considered due to expired product warranty, purchase and installation not through authorized dealers.
